I Love Food

It finally feels like fall outside! Good thing I decided to brew coffee for us this morning, and a better thing I whipped up a batch of pumpkin bread last night to go with. I volunteered to make a loaf for Catacombs at the church (Ghostwalk is this weekend) and figured I’d make some for us, too. The batch made a HUGE amount, which we savored last night with a dab of cream cheese icing. Yum.
